This was my last attempt.. the we decide to go back home .. after Starbuck and espresso house .. same attitude .. same outcome.. same feelings .. again apologies for the cut and paste but that's the gist of it anyway .. I can understand lockdown rules and restrictions but if you are open and a customer (a woman) asks to access the toilet is for a impending necessity considering how relatively dirty (and cold) public toilets are and all the other shops are closed (i.e. not much alternatives available). I don't know.. maybe it is just me.. maybe they hard horde of client asking for the toilet (26/12/2021 between 12 and 13 o'clock .. doubtful considering how empty was the area) .. maybe I expected a bit of empathy since was a woman asking (not so straightforward to 'solve' the situation as for a man) P.s. when I say customer I mean she was going to buy .. first thing first though ;-)

Wanted to get me a burger today. According to google and co. and Lieferando should have the shop open. Doors locked on site and no one there. It's a shame that you are not informed. Well then I'll go to the better competition Burgerlich :)

We were in Hamburg for a weekend and had lunch there. The corona measures were implemented well, there were panes between the tables and some tables were also left free, which sometimes conveyed very sweet sayings such as: B. "Please do not occupy this table, he is an enchanted unicorn". Orders were given in a very friendly manner and everything was prepared very quickly. Tables and toilets were very clean. We would like to eat there again at any time, even during Corona times.

As in all branches, the food is delicious! The staff is nice and friendly and it goes very quickly!

Nice and fresh, classics well done, good organization, basically everything done right, what is missing is the last icing on the cake - imagination is missing, details are not thought through and done - for the price I expect more passion - there is the same Price / performance ratio better Hamburger stalls, many small businesses can and do that better - you just notice the system - gastronomy - that's a shame. Always equally good and definitely a good option - just not the right address for really good citizens.

Very nice staff! My daughter knocked over my drink and a nice employee came to help and asked me for a new drink. Really very friendly! Food was great too. Store was clean.

Food was ok, there is no distance rule and mask requirement there somehow and the toilet missed the whole thing the culmination. Really not cool there. But still the best Jim Block I've ever been to 🙈 hence two stars. Oh yes, an open kitchen is all well and good. But you can also see that some employees touch the food without gloves.

I cycled almost 600 km to eat a Hamburger in Hamburg. This place was not very special and neither was the burger real. Expensive fast food .. Nothing special. The topping on the burger was a bit cold.

A hamburger chain that started in Hamburg. Although it is more delicious than ㅁㄷㄴㄷ,ㅂㄱㅋ,ㄹㄷㄹㅇ, it is one number below compared to the hamburger restaurants overflowing in Hamburg. Still, if you really want to try the Jimbloc Burger based on the bad reviews on the blog, or if you just want to eat just because it's nearby, it's better to eat it here than the messy place in Rathaus. After a hot day walkim the Alster, the wife and I decided to slip in to a local burgery for a quick bite.. Unfortunately the resturant was closed so we resorted to Jim Block. No real qualms with the place , the burgers were respectable. The downside of the experience was when the wife was served an above room temperature lemonade from a jar that looked like it had been sitting on the counter for the whole day , not a cube of ice in sight. After one refreshingly warm sip of the lemon soup we asked politely for some ice.. unfortunately there was no ice. We politely declined the warm beverage and the remainder of the sipped from glass was poured swiftly back into the jar for the next victim. We shall not return.

The ordering and preparation of the dishes went quickly. Good quality. On spacing rules and mask duty is hardly respected. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Leftovers and sticky tables are no fun

Ok place. They do a beer called "just beer" so when my colleague asked for just beer that is exactly what he got.

Not quite a gourmet burger, but better than your run-of-the-mill high-street fayre.

Super friendly staff, helped me carry all three trays to table so I wouldn't have to leave my children alone. Nice atmosphere, staff joking. And JB burger with salad and garlic bread was yummy! Thumbs up!

Great staff and let me order in German 😊the food is great, better than other fast food outlets. Quick collection and plenty of seating.

A self service burger joint, feels a bit like American diner but more approachable. Food was delicious, although slightly on the pricer side.

Revisited - I dont think it's a good price value ratio. Paid over 10 Euro for a mediocre burger, fries and a Softdrink. There are definetly better alternatives around.

The Jim Block in Dammtorstraße is the newest, the Jim Block chain and I personally like it best. Much quieter than the restaurant on Jungfernstieg, you can enjoy your burgers in peace.
In general, Jim Block is a burger chain of the Block House's, which, however, offers much higher quality burgers, which does not taste like the other Fast Food Chains and so far is only represented in Hamburg.

It is not clear why the turn ?? The most sad burger that had to eat .. :( Warmed up rolls like in McDuck, blue cheese was only in one piece, without uniform coverage! Hamburger's weight is normal, but taste about nothing: (The sauce is plentiful, but not expressive, just ketchup. similar to McDakovsky.
